About the Role
Brattleboro Primary Care- Pediatrics, located in the southeastern corner of Vermont, is seeking a board-certified Pediatrician for our growing pediatric group. We are part of a large, physician-owned group partnership, Primary Care Health Partners. Our pediatric practice is an NCQA recognized Medical Home, since 2011, and has a long-standing and well established reputation in the community for providing quality care for our patients and offering a collegial atmosphere with our team of providers. The part time position would be 3 days per week (negotiable), with an on-call rotation roughly one night per week and one out of 6 weekends with a Saturday morning clinic. Our scope of practice includes children from birth through college and focuses on preventative care as a primary care practice, following the AAP and Bright Futures recommendations through annual Well Child and Adolescent care. We also provide care coordination for children with chronic conditions, as well as treatment of acute illnesses and minor injuries. Our practice is located on the campus of our local community hospital, which has a level 1 nursery. We also maintain an affiliation with Dartmouth- Hitchcock Medical Center and participate in their outpatient pediatrics medical student rotation.
