About the Role
Busy Primary Care practice is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner to join its Family Practice Medicine Group in Bennington Vermont. Mount Anthony Primary Care is located in Southwestern Vermont and is part of a large physician-owned group partnership, Primary Care Health Partners. Position is full-time and provides a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, state-of-the-art technology, including implementation of EMR. Scope of practice encompasses diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions; health maintenance and prevention of diseases through patient education, immunizations and physicals; and coordinating Patient Care with others on the clinical staff. All Primary Care Health Partners Health Center Facilities are NCQA certified at the highest Levels.
Description of Duties: 4-5 days scheduled face-to-face patient care.
General Office hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.
Phone calls, charting, and other activities related to patient care, and
Such other duties as are assigned to you and are customary for a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care medical group.
Benefits: CTO – 4 weeks/year
CME - $1000/year
