About the Role
Busy Pediatric Practice in Brattleboro looking for LPN nurse to do phone triage and direct care with patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients, including infants, children, and adolescents
- Conduct physical examinations and medical assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide guidance and support to patients and their families regarding health promotion and disease prevention
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and quality care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems
- Adhere to medical standards, guidelines, and aseptic techniques
