  Brattleboro Primary Care is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician to join its pediatric group.  Brattleboro Primary Care, located in southeastern Vermont, is a Pediatrics and Internal Medicine practice and is part of a large, physician-owned group partnership, Primary Care Health Partners. Brattleboro Primary Care has a long-standing and well-established reputation in the community for providing quality care to patients and offering a collegial atmosphere to its Practitioners.    The position is three to four days per week, with an on call schedule of every 5th or 6th night.  Scope of practice includes children from birth to adulthood, treatment of acute illnesses and injuries, well-child and adolescent care, chronically ill children, newborns and hospital patients.  The practice is located next to a progressive community hospital with a Level 1 nursery.  Additionally, the group maintains an affiliation with the tertiary care center, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and participates in outpatient rotations for their medical students.  The practice offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, State-of-the-Art Technology, including an Electronic Medical Record, and Partnership opportunities.

Busy Primary Care practice is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible to join its pediatric medicine group.  Plattsburgh is located in Northeastern New York on Lake Champlain and is part of a large physician-owned group partnership, Primary Care Health Partners.  Position is full-time and provides a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, state-of-the-art technology, including implementation of EMR, attractive call schedule; affiliation with University of Vermont and a progressive community hospital; and partnership opportunities.  Scope of practice encompasses diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions; health maintenance and prevention of diseases through patient education, immunizations and physicals in an Advanced Patient Centered Care Practice; participation in a regional Medical Home and Accountable Care Organization; NCQA level 3 practice transformation and supervising and teaching medical students, family practice residents and other clinical staff.
