All PCHP health centers offer and provide a full range of diagnostic testing and patient care medical services and are accepting new patients from all health plans. However, your health plan may not cover all the medical services offered by the PCHP health centers.

Please check with your local health center to confirm that the services you request and/or require are offered. Medical services include, but are not limited to:
