Plattsburgh Primary Care has an office in Elizabethtown, NY to better serve our families in the Essex county area. The office is located at 107 Hand Ave. Patients can be seen there on Mondays and Thursdays for routine visits, follow-ups, and acute care. Patients may be seen at the Plattsburgh office outside of scheduled hours for Elizabethtown or on weekends. After hours service is available through an answering service. Our office uses an electronic health record so wherever patients are seen a complete record is always available for the practitioner. The hope is that as the office becomes busier expanded hours will further increase the convenience for the patients of the Elizabethtown region. Access to their primary physician office and after hours coverage will improve quality and continuity of care, minimize use of the Emergency room, and improve family satisfaction with the service they receive.
